Jack Curtis has the distinct honor to be the very first Scout to achieve the Eagle rank under long-time Scoutmaster JP Benoit, way back in the prehistoric times around 1990. Jack is a physical therapist which requires him to “fix” all TOSA members before, during, and after each TOSA Decathlon, at which he is a 5-time champion. Jack lives somewhere south of the rest of us which is why he can often be late to any event.
